The Game will be changed
My cousin visited this weekend with a pre-production ZO6. One of four in existence (#5 was totaled). The acceleration of this beast is mind-blowing. 0-60 in less than 3 sec. The ceramic brakes are phenomenal. Adjustable aero. The adjustable magnetic ride suspension is amazingly compliant, even in track mode. But the sound...It has four modes. In Track Mode, the only exhaust I've experienced on a street vehicle that came close was RPi Dave's Mika. It is absolutely intoxicating!!! Wasn't really liking the styling of the Vette at first, but it's improved in my eye with aerodynamic package and the fact that the ZO6 is 7" wider in the rear. LOVE that ass!!! At this price point (~$100k with the ceramic package) NOTHING can compare. I'm already in the ordering que.

No doubt in my mind the new z06 sets the $/performance bar. Styling and other personal tastes aside, the performance you get for the money in a mass produced production car is second to none.

Pilot Sport Cup 2's are absolute crap in the wet, though. I may have to buy a separate setup for inclement track use. They're sticky as hell in the dry. INSANE TORQUE.

Do you have any more pics of the dash/navigation area/shifter area?
Trying to see if they kept up to their recurring trick of complete shit interior.

Wow man! You are so lucky!!!
Yeah I believe you. Too bad you couldn't get any video. Would love to hear that exhaust! Oh yeah and the M4 will still probably beat it. All the M4 guys told me so.

Love everything about the car. Looks great. One complaint. They've got to do something about the look of the rear spoiler. Makes the back of the car look like Groucho Marx

Totally functional. If you look closely, you can see the adjustment screws.

No doubt a BIG bang for the buck!!! I would have preferred they kept the 427, but I get it.
GM does lack some panache. So this is one hell of a track car....not a GT or a sport coupe. It's def on my list, that's for sure.
