Not sure yet - it hasn't been properly investigated. First step will be new injectors to see how it runs then go from there.
Maybe "rebuild" is the wrong word here - I'm just going to take it one step at a time.... |

Yeah...no.
According to BMR they have never seen so much petrol coming out of an exhaust so the chances of major engine damage are very high. They do not recommend replacing injectors. Munich Legends and Hack concur. Time to sell the beast as is. |

The unburnt fuel is only coming out of a pipe because of the stuck open injector(s) but it's your choice. If it was mine I'd ask them to replace just the faulty injector or two with new plugs and change oil, the white smoke is only the unburnt fuel on the hot exhaust and rough engine is cylinder or cylinders not combusting for that reason. How long did you run the engine for when it first occurred..
