2016 M5 lease pricing

I live in Miami and have ordered a 2016 M5 for ED and am looking for guidance on pricing.
Options are:

Frozen Black, Full leather, Driver assistance plus, Exec pkg, 20" black wheels, Bang & Olufson and Enhanced BT. I will take delivery before year end so will get the 7% off for ED and going to write a check for $5k with 10k miles for 36 months.

Can someone help with what my monthly payments should be. I have tier 1 credit.
