Any M5 owners here cross-shop the Panamera Turbo prior to buying?

Seems this new M5 is almost as fast if not faster than the Turbo?

I need at least 4 seats, but prefer a 5-seater with fold down rear seats since I haul a lot of large parts and paintings during the week.

Also have 2 kids so baby seats must fit easily with room for an extra adult.
