Garage List
If I can get a comparable price above invoice to what I got on the M5, I will order a 2014 for ED.

I'm not happy about that CF roof. I preferred the glass roof from the 650GC.

meh. at $120+, it's a pricey flavor of the month that lacks the iconic heritage of the m5. pass. wheels are sweet though. maybe upgrade to those after a year.

This is next for me. Hands down. My dealer is ready to pull the trigger the minute BMWNA makes it available to us.

$120k+, hundreds of pounds heavier, one less seats, less space, less usability.
I really don't see why anyone would get this over M5. :/

It's the look and somewhat decent utility. 4 doors, 4 seats. I never have anybody in the middle in the back of my car. I also find the 6-series better appointed on the interior. Look at that Cohiba leather and the contrasting stitching. It's absolutely stunning.

Thats what I am saying.
Why pay for partial utility when you get Full utility in the M5.
It's an extra $30k just for 'looks' I'm afraid.

Different strokes for different folks. I don't mind paying for looks when it's the look I want in the car I drive.

Utility is subjective. For me 4 seats is enough. The extra touches on the fit and finish seal the deal for me. The 6-series is a bit wider, too, which should help with handling. That matters to me since I do track my car.

And, already owning an M5, it'll be an easy decision to make once I have seat time in both cars. Hopefully by the time it comes to the US it will have iDrive Touch.

I'm really excited!

I will dump my M5 for this as well.

The 640i i test drove feels more agile than the F10.

The interior design i liked it more than F10 too.

I wonder if those wheels and front seats can be retrofitted on the M5. The seats look spectacular.

The non M version I looked at in September had 3 seats in the back, admittedly a small one in the middle, are you saying the M one does not?

Oh, and here in the UK the price is £90k, so nearer $150k, so think yourselves lucky!!
