Famoso Drags - F-series WR 10.1 @ 139.8
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com First pass (1.93 60-foot) was 10.5 @ 138.6 2nd pass (1.73 60-foot) was 10.4 @ 139.5 (shifted to 3rd too early) 3rd pass (1.60 60-foot) was 10.1 @ 139.8 4th pass (1.88 60-foot) was 10.5 @ 139.0 (didn't launch well) Anyways, someone needed to back up dyno #'s with actual ET's! Track conditions were OK. DA was very good at around 300-400. Best 0-60 (via VBOX) was 2.7s...!!! Modifications: BMS JB4 + BMS - without this nothing is possible Pure Turbos - S1 for now. They are the real deal and waiting for S2 BPM Flash - this is a tweak of BPM's flash to specific criteria I requested. It's a clean flash w/o issues (critical for adding even more boost > 22psi flash limit) SSP 900+ Clutch Packs Ice Tank - custom made by AC Fabrication in Chatsworth Line Lock - Standard Moroso solenoids, installed by AC Fabrication Mickey Thompson ET Streets (305/35/19) - courtesy of a special friend Remaining mods are standard: AMS DP RPI Exhaust Stock Intakes The rest of it is trial and error - I have experimented with all sorts of things. Fuel mix, Meth nozzle (nozzle placement), boost management by gear, IAT control etc. This seems to be the sweet spot. Video of Run (it's iPhone quality) Another video from the stands (shows ET well) Video of Run (GoPro on my car, but looking back) Random Muscle Car Spanking - I nearly out launched him! It's a lot more than just a pretty dyno to run well at the track. How the power, suspension and ultimately driving is what gets good ET's
