Try the Z07-lol! Forget it. I have to ease into this thing or it burns the tires right off. Even on Pilot Sport Cup 2s.v

Even the highest HP M5 on this board isn't that much power to be able to keep straight if the car had even the slightest bit of ability to run a 15-18'' tire with a proper Drag DOT approved tire or god forbid a Hoosier or Mickey slick. |

This is my first real cold weather owning the M5. Temps here in NY is dropping down to the low 50s and starting to get real slippery. Having a hard time hooking on first and second, sometimes fearful pushing the car on corner in fear of loosing front traction. I have currently have the Pzero on the car. looking to swap my MPSS back on the car to see if that any better.
My question is what tires are you guys running in this temp? I have winter wheels but its too warn for snow tires just yet. Is there an in between tires that will offer better performance than these summer tires? |

even though at least in the hellcat world, they weigh equally as much as an M5. The difference being they can throw BIG slicks/ radials on it and drop the tire size. The m5 basically you can drop to the winter package 19 size wheel, or maybe get a custom. Still kinda a size too big to start getting into the ability to really put some power down. Massive difference in my confidence in my GTR with 20'' R888s and only 710whp vs. 1000+whp and 18'' NT05Rs my confidence in the car is astronomically better with the extra power and 18s vs. less power and 20s |

What about swapping in smaller 550i rotors and calipers or a caliper bracket to use the m5 caliper? That way you could run at least an 18" tire. If you went 535i you could even fit a 17" |
