AC Schnitzer F10 M5 lowering springs mounted

Hi!
Did the 2000km service today with 2950km on the speedometer..

Also mounted AC Schnitzer lowering springs (thanks cidair for delivery from Germany ) and the result is great IMO

25mm drop front and rear. IMO the ride is better with these spring than the original and the car looks better too!

And the "clunk" sound i also had from the rear dissapeared So i recommend you singularity to mount Schnitzer springs!

Here som pics

Dont have it, contact AC Schnitzer on their web page.

Great that You are happy with the springs! The car looks better.
Remember that the springs are high speed tested.
Did 315 km/h on the way home ( in the trunk ).

Thanks! Big improvement for sure. Is it about a 1 inch (25 mm) drop front and rear?

Dang that looks good. Any chance you can post a nice side shot from a distance? And how did this affect the ride quality?

The ride quality is better now IMO, not so hard on bumps in slow speed. And the "clonk" sound from the rear dissapeared

Hey nordic@telia.com I'm at a dilemma of buying these springs without waiting for BMW to sort out its defects, but knowing the car's clearance is only 117 mm and - 25 mm (AC Schnitzer springs) leaves the car at a 9 cm ground clearance which is quite risky with road bumps at high speeds. Thanks for the recommendation and please write me if you think it's too low for bad roads or still acceptable in your own experience.

Front is still too high for my liking.

I'd go with a set of KW V3's

For me now problem with these springs, works fine on bad Swedish roads but i usually slow down when passing roadbumps
