Nav Headunit failure

Just for my car back and diagnosis is the headunit has failed hence the Nav doesn't work.

They also said parts could take 3-4weeks to arrive as BMW has a new ordering system that is having teething trouble?

Anyone else hearing about this delay in getting parts?

Yes, I was helping someone on the board for some euro insert. Due to the new ordering system issues. The parts did not arrive in time.
