And a bit more of a closer up. Absolutely love the moonstone and caramel black / walnut honey interior. My delivery guy said he knows of no other f10 in the world in this setup.

Have had 3 people already wanted to check out the interior and given 2 thumbs up. So far have been to glossgleckner alpine road, and salzburg. Dropping her off today - very sad. Log IN Out said any collections after 2 pm on Saturday is 200 euros. Ouch! Weekdays after hours rate is 50 euros.

On a different note - all my concerns about harsh ride in comp package - unfounded. Put the car in comfort mode while on unpaved mountain road / cobblestone - way less harsher than my E90. Put another way, the car is super smooth. I haven't pushed her much (was told to keep her below 100 mph, and 5500 rpm til 1,200 miles) but man she pulls like no tomorrow.

Another concern - exhaust note. Gone. Comp package exhaust note is sweet. It passed my "tunnel test" - lowered the windows in a tunnel and I was hearing music from the exhaust which brought a big smile on my face. Check.

Munich is effing cold right now - seems like winter is just ending. Everyone is in dark clothes. And it's been raining. I don't have good pics - was hoping for better weather today but nope. Will post pics once she is redelivered. Will post some interim pics from my iPhone.

Here are some shots. Not a true representation of the color given the overcast. Interior very similar to saddle brown of Ferrari.

And BTw as I was at Drop off point (Log In Out at Munich airport), a silverstone M3 pulled up. These are good shots of 2 side by side in case people are on fence to decide between the two. I liked SSII but I'm really happy that I went with Moonstone. Plus - wife loves the color!

But the moonstone exterior is sick. Even in overcast skies it really pops! Silverstone doesnt even come close.

BTw, I was in Cortona yesterday and came across this classic BMW sign. I would have gotten it but have no place to put it. Price was...1,000 euros. Ouch!

I didn't know ED was not an option in UK. I had a very hard time convincing my wife that BMW actually gives you a discount for picking up the car in Europe. She is still not completely convinced - but she is loving the vacation!
