...and on .co.uk. Pictures all updated, but I don't see any options changes, eg lights or steering wheel.

Great find.

Looks like updated front grille, but no revised "slash" from the headlights to the grille, no move of side markers to the side mirrors, and little change to the rear lights. New steering wheel and new iDrive touch. I'm sure LED headlights will be optional. New digital instrument cluster is not shown, but may be optional?

I like the split spoke at the bottom of the steering wheel....but with the "round" center hub... the area above the hub looks HUGE. I guess that is good for seeing the instrument cluster....but it also makes it look like one of those "old school" steering wheels from the '50s. It doesn't help make me envious of the LCI... at all.

Yeah...

Just not a fan of the new steering wheel. At least the previous was some what unique to the 5 series.....?

I have mixed feelings. I've been waiting for the LCI so I don't know if I'm happy with it. I have seen members here do a retrofit of the M6 steering wheel to their M5s and it looked good so I'll just wait to see how it looks in more photos. In the end I don't hate it, and I won't have much of a choice lol...

The headlights/taillights aren't different from pre-LCI. Either they're not changing those after all, or these pictures aren't completely up to date.

The biggest change IMO is with the interior: updated steering wheel and new touch iDrive.

Exterior doesn't look to different than current car, but that's because the pre-LCI is beautiful already. Looks like we can easily retrofit the grill and taillights, not sure about the headlight though

Looks like the standard LCI xenon headlight.

LED headlights only come with the Executive package. They are not standard.

It also looks like a leather dash is standard, but not the Nappa dash from the Full leather package, more like a lower grade leather dash similar to what you have in the base M6.

Would be pretty funny if people start retrofitting the pre-LCI steering wheel.

I like the F12 wheel, especially the paddles which are unique and not out of a 328 parts bin.

Hoping the double slat kidneys are plug and play for 2013 M5.

Really not a big change imo, even if they do introduce the crease on the nose. These pics suck though...I agree that the steering wheels looks bad here, but based on the actual pics I saw of the people who retrofitted it, they looked great.

Do we know that the steering wheel will be a standard item and not part of the "competition" package?

Yes, because we have seen it on non-competition package test mules - http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=821676

and we have seen it on regular 5 series M-Sport models. They can't give it away on a 528i M-Sport, and not have it as standard on the M5.
