Stock M5 Dyno

Took my car up to EAS today and got a dyno run in before any mods. I'll compare results after putting an exhaust on later.

I know it's debatable, but if you use typical rear wheel drivetrain loss of 18%, that's 640hp from the engine!? These things are monsters from the factory and it seems very underrated by BMW.

Thanks Robert @ EAS for getting me in today! Looking forward to working together.

Rob,

I just missed you earlier. Stock your car is a beast. I was at EAS at 2:00pm, met Marcco and his sic Frozen white M5 with Akro exhaust. I just got my car lowered on H&R and spacers. Also Tom was able to put mine on the dyno as well. I'll be at CC tomorrow with the dyno sheet.

Wow, very underrated indeed - and that's with 91 octane in CA? Can't wait to see some numbers from the NE with 93.

WHAT IN THE NAME. No wonder this thing is so fast, it has a nuclear powerplant under the hood.

Rob - Those are some impressive numbers man! They dynoed my car after you left and with the Akra exhaust and I was only putting down 532 peak.
