No idea, kind of doubt it. I've got single pistons F and R on my M3 and they do well even at the track with proper fluid and race pads.

I hope they are not the same as the 550i. But yeah the m3 brakes were pretty well than expected I use to have an m3 too. but they squeak and whistle a lot though

I wonder where this manual electronic brake release is hidden, deep within the trunk.
That would really come in handy when changing the rear pads or rotors.

I know right. I am assuming you would have to remove the carpeting inside the trunk to get access because I have open the side compartments so sign of a manual parking brake release.
