Cracker Front Rotors?

Hey guys, I bought a 2014 BMW M5 in June of this year and I guess I really never noticed it, but the front rotors have cracks in them. I took it to my local BMW dealer and they said it was cause from aggressive braking. I'm kind of flabbergasted by them telling me that because of it being a performance car. I guess what Im asking is has anyone else been denied a warranty because of this? Should I take it to another dealer? The closest one is 50 miles away? Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Nick

If its still under the maintenance program, it should be replaced for free.

Then it should be a covered replacement. I believe 2015+ MY the maintenance program does not transfer to 2nd owner, but you have a 2014. I have a 2014, 2nd owner, and had by brake pads replaced at no cost to me during an oil change service. If your local dealer wont budge, you may have to escalate the case.

I am the third owner of the car according to the carfax, so would it still be covered? Does the plan follow the car?

My friends F13 M6 has cracks around the drilled holes in the rotor face.
The local dealer says that is normal and during his "maintenance service" they only replaced the brake pads. He contacted another local dealer and they noted the same.
I think they are crazy. If I saw cracks I would replace them myself.

Normal cracking guys. Dealer did replace mine once but they cracked also. It's no worry so continue to drive it as you would. They do not have to replace them FYI.
