Correct F10 M5 Fluids and Filters

Could someone in the know post a summary of the correct fluids, procedures, *and* part numbers for break-in service (equivalent to what was done over in the 1M forum) and make it a sticky? For example this would include F10 M5 oil filter part number. If you already had your service this would be listed on your receipt. Thanks!

DCT transmission has a "lifetime" fluid.
Manual transmission requires a fluid change.
