Ok, next winter.

Which wheels do you have for summer? 343M ? 295mm ?

What do you think of HRE ? 21" 305

I guess the ride comfort gets worse and I don't want that because CP is stiff enough.

I just have the 343M's. Forged goodness. Haven't failed me yet. I don't recommend 21" wheels. They affect performance by increasing unsprung weight. I'd recommend a 20" wheel that is lighter than stock. There are a couple options out there.

For now I stay with my 20" 601M Comp wheels for summer.
I love the design and they're already polished and treated with OptiCoat!

@blue.thunder - this is the best interior I have seen on any BMW.

Well done. Exquisite taste.

Thank you!

But your M5 is no less stunning!

BTW I tested your B&O EQ settings today. It sounds quite good, but I need a bit more bass. But all in all I can use this setting and modify it for my taste.
GREAT WORK, STEALTH !!

Two things:

1. The contrast stitching is just incredible. Even on the dash??? What a nice final product!!
2. I don't think I have ever seen such a thorough suite of photos. I feel like I actually sat in your car! LOL

In my dream world my MCB over SSII will be close to yours, even if mine is the ghetto version!!!

Nice thread this is! Congrats!

Let me know when you modify the setting one more time. I'd like to test your revised setting.

I still can't believe you had M staff analyzing photos of tropical waters to come up with your paint! That is Inspired!

The color is NOT photoshopped!

I just optimized the contrast and the brightness for more clarity and brilliance.

The pic outside of the BMW Welt is perhaps a bit brighter than the interior pics. But with the new pics in the sunlight I recently posted you can really feel the color... though in real life it even looks more brilliant!

It's hard to catch the many metallic particles with a photo.

As soon as I have time again I will make a video of the exterior and interior and post it here.

It's no illusion!

Though I have the sunscreens in the back they here are not visable on the photo. It's in fact the tinted glass option by BMW Individual!

Since you're from Germany it should be easy for us to meet.

In fact I want to go the Nordschleife in spring/summer. We can meet there and let our babys fly!

Maybe I will be in the near of Cologne, I could PM you and we can meet.

Looks like:

Interior Individual Equipment
- Platinum Leather (Z1XX)
- Platinum alcantara headliner
- Color stitched M5 headrest logos
- Black contrast stitching

Exterior Individual Equipment
- Individual paintwork
- Chrome exterior window trim
- Chrome accents (package)

That's the most I can see from the photos posted. I know from doing my car

Blue.Thunder - which individual paintwork did you choose?
Trim isn't chrome. It's satinated aluminum.

Sorry, Stealth, but in this case you're not right!

In fact the trim is really CHROME !!!

It is a special option of M Studio for me. In my opinion the satin aluminum look doesn't fit to my bright metallic color and I wanted the window trim the same like the door handles and the M5 logos on the side (In Germany we call them M5-Kiemen).

BTW every standard F10 has the chrome trim from factory!

That's even better. It makes sense to match the trim, badges, grille and side grilles.

On another note I just ordered the dual USB BMW chargers after seeing them in your photo just now

I have one very small improvement suggestion, although it wouldn't surprise me if you considered it and ruled against. I would change your rest pedal to an M Performance rest pedal to match the pedals. I was debating this same choice myself and my only attachment to the standard rest pedal was the M Badge. However after I saw the full pedal set in a 435i M-Sport, I concluded the M5 has enough M badges, but rest pedal design consistency adds a greater degree of finish.

You are absolutely right! I considered this already while ordering my M5 but I love the M Logo and the design so I just took the other 2 pedals.
I've just seen your post with the pedals and have seen the pics. It looks great, too! Maybe I have to see it in real life.
Mmh, let me see...
