Yes a few fastest ones there were a Weistec stage 2 E63 AWD with upgraded tubros and a renntech e63 RWD. Only ran the weistec E63 and won by a car or so.

Great meeting you and your wife at the event! Sorry we didn't get a chance to run, but I'm sure the results would have been similar to the vid below of the other M5 I ran.

Agreed. Very high quality videos and great mounting location. Those AMG 5.5L Bi-Turbo engines seem like a tuners paradise, but good to see that with just a little piggyback the Switzer and BMS tunes are doing great stuff. I almost can't even imagine what a Renntech equivalent tune would do for an M5 engine. Over 2 years and still waiting. Come on ESS where you at?! Lol!

Me and my group gonna attend the Saturday session of the Omega Motorsports airstrip event march 29-30. Hope to see you out there!

Thanks for the camera mount props guys. Was first time I tried the interior setup and clearly it worked out well.

It was my first time using a double go pro setup and due to being nervous before the event I didnt spend enough time with it.

Dude, you know any you videos you post are great for the rest of us to watch... the stuff your wife shot was awesome too! How else would I have known about the run at minute 30:00 if I wasn't eating every second of it up.

I think events like these are awesome and just wish I could play. I work a half mile from a 2.1 mile by 300ft wide stretch of concrete that would be perfect for something like this if only it were allowed...

Haha I went through 20GB's of my vids from two go pros on the car and didnt like any of them. Need to practice more, but life takes over most of the time and have other priorities. Maybe Dave has some extra time and can teach me some editing skills.

2.1 mile stretch. That would be my second home.

I envy you west coast guys! Us M5 owners in the north east havent seen much use of our cars in the past month and a half because of all this crazy snow. Great vids and it looks like the event was a success!

I have been talking to Jason @ Shift S3ctor about bringing it to the East Coast.
We all recognize there are very few suitable venues, at least in the Northeast = no definite timetable.
