Awesome ride!

Now for us mortals, can you do a photo shoot of the beast for our viewing pleasure?

PSM looks stunning under fluorescent lighting in the Gustav video where you get glimpses of the chrome effect referred to in the BMW video above.
i think it's PMS, not PSM.

'what color is that?'
'PMS........'

I'm sure it was built exactly the way SLB wanted it.

If you want to run up the price even higher, you could order a BMW Individual interior and then tell them to make it "Full" Individual Merino leather instead of extended but that would run $6,800 instead of the $3,500 for the black full Merino leather, assuming you didn't go nuts and ask for a complete leather dash, which runs the price closer to $9,000. Don't forget to add $1,080 for the Piano Black veneer.

For example, let's say you wanted to duplicate the M5 shown on the BMW International website under BMW Individual. It's Pure Metal Silver with a BMW Individual Nutmeg Merino leather interior and Piano black veneer trim. To make that equal to the $3,500 black full Merino leather interior would cost you $5,000 + $1,800 = $6,800 -- almost double the cost of the black full Merino leather. You can run that even higher by requesting even more leather. Or, you could even order it with a leather that is not shown for that model. For example, one guy recently ordered an Individual leather and Individual veneer that is only available on the 7-series in his M5. He declined to say online what he paid for it.

You could also request black chrome on the exterior trim. That's available, too. You just have to get BMWNA to approve all of that stuff that is routinely optioned by customers in Germany. One customer posted pics and video of his 2013 M6 with a unique leather interior. The exterior is frozen Titanium Silver and the interior is leather in two different colors: light slate blue and light grey, and the entire dash is two-tone leather.

So, yes, it's possible to go nuts on the options provided you live in Germany or provided you choose a US dealer who is familiar with working with BMW Individual. There's a guy in Hawaii driving around in an M6 that has the wood from a native Hawaiian tree used for the veneer. He personally flew the hunk of branch from his tree to Munich and BMW Individual agreed to use it for all of the veneer.

As far as paint is concerned, Pure Metal Silver is the most expensive advertised Individual paint. However, I wonder how much this driver in Switzerland paid to have his 2013 M6 painted in frozen violet? Or is it frozen purple? Any paint at all that is not standard on that particular model at that time costs $5,000 extra (for US customers, more in the EU). Then it's extra to make it frozen.

Just beautiful, as with so many others on the board.

What's with all the haters? Don't get it. The man's got the coin, the car makes him happy, end of story. Let's enjoy it with him.

Happy Holidays

For some reason a lot (possibly the majority) of Forum users deep down are insecure about themselves, this makes them tend to lash out when they see something they can't have. It's just pure jealousy, hopefully OP can just laugh it off, I am. They will say things like "I wouldn't do that even if I could afford it" to make themselves feel better, but the reality is they can't afford it, possibly never will be able to and cannot legitimately say they wouldn't becuase of those reasons.

It's something I find very frustrating about BMW forums and owners in general, like all the M3 owners argueing about which generation is the best, it doesn't matter, they are all great and we are all on the same team. Enjoy what you drive and appreciate what others drive.

Love it and totally worth it. Hilarious that anyone would criticize an option on an already super expensive sedan...
