I'm no expert, but I'd be surprised if the dealership franchising agreements don't forbid BMW from selling directly to individuals (except for maybe the military program). If I were a dealer, my franchise would not be worth much if the OEM could sell directly to my customers at a price I could never beat. Plus, even if it done were for the ED program only, we'd lose out because the default pricing would likely be ED MSRP.

A better strategy would be for BMW NA to develop an ED training program for CAs, and mandate that any dealership that wants to order ED cars must have a CA on staff that has goes through the training program. That way, BMW can be certain these CAs know how the program works and can target updates to specific sales people so that good, accurate information makes it out to the clients in a timely fashion.

Dingding seems to think I am a mole. I assure you I am not. I just joined the forum because I was told that a certain CA could no longer deliver invoice + Eu delivery. This was especially frustrating because I contacted him when he could but my work prevented me from going prior to Nov, 1. That recently changed.

Thanks to a member of this forum I am hooked up with someone who can deliver invoice +.

When I go here:

I see M5 and M6 Coupe/Conv listed on the right. But I don't notice an M3.

I know the deals that some got are not avail anymore but regular ED should be unchanged.
