Question Ordered BMS Stage 1 Tune

Hey guys so I finally made up my mind and thought I should try the BMS piggyback until a true tune flash comes out. What should I expect from this BMS tune? I heard it's easy to install and uninstall if you go in for service. Also I heard you can adjust the psi for the turbos? 3.5 is what I think I'm going to run. Any other info I should know about this tune? By the way I'm running catless downpipes so this should too it off for now power wise

I'd do the 3.5/4 to start see how the car likes it...

Personally I wouldn't run anything over 3.5 unless you mix in MS109 in. That's just being wise.

+ 10000
At some point you stop making power and just make heat with added boost via piggyback . Look at my trap speed with 93 octane on + 3.5 psi ( 130mph ) . I've tested and that's optimal for consistency on a CP with catted DP's , above that and too much timing is pulled up top and I actually lose speed . The increase in tq down low still happens but up top you will make less power . The only way to correct that is to run race gas or meth . More isn't always better .

On VP109, I'm running 7.5psi with no problem at all.

2 months ago, a lot of them said best is at 2.75psi so now till some of them tried higher to 3.5psi then the story line change again!

Guys, this is only a matter of whether do u dare to do it & NOT OUR ENGINE CAN'T MAKE IT.

m6beast did 6psi about 1mth plus back & I tried 7.5psi on vp109 without any problem. By all means u can do whatever u like cos is yr own car. Good luck.

Just FYI, I won my friend by about 5cars length for the different of 3psi n 7.5psi on 20 lamp pole.

Just because you're engine didn't blow up doesn't mean it's faster . Show me with objective performance numbers that 7.5 psi is faster than 6 , or even 5 on 109 octane . I've tested after adaptation and my car wasn't faster at 4 psi vs 3.5 psi on 93 octane , that is fact . You are not data logging AFRs , EGT's , timing , etc. so how do you know it is "fine ". You don't know and eventually will have an epic failure . You're choice but don't encourage others to follow in you're footsteps .

See for yourself, I have post vid thru YouTube. Just search for BMS M6 7.5PSI VS BMS m6 3psi u will understand. Talking is always not effective as real race on the road.

Here real data , please get a Vbox and show me how fast you're car is. Of course 7.5 is faster than 3 on race gas , a video against another car isn't proof of anything . I'm telling you , that you will make the same and maybe even more power with less psi . You are not even running meth correct ? You've turned you're turbos into hot air guns. !

You will need their special cable [good marketing]

PSI will be adjusted in the software on the computer

Things to remember:
-make sure you assign a usb port [match them up so the software reads the exact com port its plugged into]
- You are only setting two variables PSI [labeled BOOST OVER STOCK on the software] which should be standard at 2.2 [maybe higher if you have a newer one I'm not sure]...... and Future use 0-100 which for an m5/m6 should be set at 1

read the first page in that thread make sure you get the right download file for the marker written on your stage 1:

You'll know how far to push right up until you need a flatbed. Then you can back off a tad.

Didn't someone from BMS say that the most anyone can go is 6 psi no matter what someone puts in the boost setting ?
