need suggestion regarding buying used m5

i am looking into buying used 2013 m5 with 24k miles on it. sakir orange color.
carfax is clean 1 owner but first registration was at 4k miles and the car was used in north carolina at bmw driving school so i think those 4k miles are all track miles and the car was driven hard and abused.
the car has all bells and whistles 20 inch wheels, exec, cold weather, drivers assisstance, night vision, heads up display, bang olufsen audio.
warranty expires in 11/2016.
price is 58k.

1)should i go for it or let it go as it was a track car first 4k miles atleast?
2)i was thinking g10 m5 will be out next year and f10 will suddenly look old?
3)g10 m5 will have awd so better 1/4 mile performance.

Wasn't the accident a minor fender bender?

It's CPO'd til 2019 and 100K miles so I wouldn't worry about the milage.

I've been to a BMW driving school event and they abuse the shit out of their cars lol. So I wouldn't touch it with a 10-ft pole.

if you just need to get by until new model is out go with something that has CPO so less out of pocket ultimately.. also new generation M5 id wait at least a year until all the craze calms down and dealers stop with mark up rape.. lol but i guess you wont have that problem being on the east coast..

i have a 13 w 37k white /blk/ dark wood , immaculate warr till 12/16 lotttsa extra's for a custom sexy look ! got w 2 mile's and have garage kept since day 1 !

pm if interested , def nvr even seen a track let alone been on one lol ! im way to Anal for that shit !

nice car def looks great.
i am currently trying to decide whether to sell my 650xi coupe and get an m5.
the coupe is cpo till 2019. n63tu engine. my ecu flash tune is arriving tomorrow. if i am able to hit sub 12 sec 1/4 mil on it then i will likely keep it otherwise will sell it to get an m5.

Get an LCI model, 14MY+. They fixed a horrible steering issue that a lot of 13's had and they burn a lot less oil. Headlights are a lot cooler as well.
