Interesting stuff. Surprised I haven't heard from anyone about this and I wonder if it's already being done through the tuning.

Back in the 6HP28/26 days, few companies came out with 'tunes' that did nothing but reset adaptations. Resetting adaptations on those trans made a day and night difference on how the car felt, thus making few people believe they actually got a real tune. This tool right here is no exception as all it does is reset your adaptations.

How else do you reset the adaptations?

I'd love to do this, since I drive my car like it has 200 hp

Try this:

Press the start button once to turn on power (Don't start the engine)
* Press the accelerator down to the floor for at least 5-30 sec.
* Hit start button once to turn off power
* Remove foot from accelerator
* Wait for min. 2 minutes
* Start the engine and drive

I've tried it and seemed to make a difference. I'm not positive it works, I saw it posted on another forum.

The throttle modulation definitely plays a role in the way the DCT shifts, especially in Sport+ mode.
My car only has 4K miles, so it's still pretty tight.

Nick, saw your video. Great work!

You're on an Evolve tune 21psi making over 820bhp? Have the clutches held up? Do the 315 R888's rub? Did you have to roll your fenders?

This is just a re-brand of the TMC gearbox remap, they work very well, and don't care if others disagree. I have on my car and can tell you more via PM only, and can send you vid

This worked. Got the pop/crackle on the up shift under heavy load. Didn't feel an increase in power, though haha

This also worked for me. Car pulls much harder. Before that I was disappointed because I thought something was wrong because it wasn't pulling as hard. I also daily drive my car in horrible Chicago traffic so that probably set my car in granny mode
