Clear reflector question

Has anyone purchased these or seen them in person? Curios about the quality and actual look up close. These are the only ones I have been able to find

I might buy these. I'm not happy with my IND color matched ones since they don't match the Frozen Grey perfectly.

I think the painted ones depend on the color from what I've seen...to me on AW they are still too noticeable for some reason would rather have clear

I'll let you buy them first and check quality

IND won't replace so they match? My side gills were slightly imperfect due to packaging prior to full curing, and they replaced with no question with a perfect product.

When I had the first FG M5 in the US and needed paint work (front bumper), it was -impossible- to match. My IND front reflectors didnt match for it either. But I did get another set that was slightly better. Sent my E60 M5 front plate bracket in (they were painted in the E60 M5 days) and that helped.

If sometime in the near future your going out of town for a week you can pop off your gas lid and send it to IND.

I'm sure they would if I asked them. There's a hassle though in replacing reflectors. Costs $75 in labor plus time to take it in to shop each time.

Yea I saw those when he first posted a while back when he was having it wrapped and before the wheels. I ask him a few times where he got them and/or manufacturer and never got a response.

Okay let's give it another shot. Let me shoot you a picture too and I can send you a sample of paint from the bodywork (I have the original door mirror cap that was replaced during re-delivery).

Have you guys considered going into the white reflector market, or do you not believe in the aesthetic value? I have to say that looking at that grey car above it doesn't look great.

There is a few reasons we don't offer the clear reflectors. The clear reflectors are not OEM BMW cores so fitments can get pretty bad. Also the clear tends to yellow over time.

I agree I think it depends on color stands out on dark colors but I believe AW would blend in well
