Boy racers in Essex with huuuuuge exhausts on their Peugeot 106/Astras on Police, Camera, Action? Can be prosecuted for anti-social behaviour or noise pollution, depending on the fuzz's mood on the day. Apparently you have a right to report your neighbour to the council if their car exhaust is deemed too loud!!! PC gone bonkers.

i know i have read about it, but they suggest before complaining to council speak to car's owner first!

the other day i got 3 screws in my tire!
maybe my neighbours hate me cause of my straight-pipes, maybe just a coincidence, but i never rev it on my street and they never hear cold start until 830am and after 10pm, so i am a good neighbour all in all

thats too bad, but they never done it in london and you know amount of super cars from gulf side with crazy loud exhaust and then they rev it 24/7, especially during summer time

3 screws does sound "suspicious to me", i do hope it's not a local, cc tv required IF you leave the car outside over night.
