Anyone in the Bay area can check out or give me some pointers on this M5?

Hey Guys,

My search for a slightly used M5 led me to this newly listed M5 in the bay area.

It has tons of options along with Dinan CAI, exhaust and possibly tuned(the dealership wasn't sure). The price is one of the lowest I've seen let alone all the Dinan stuff already included. Seems too good to be true? It is a lease return that's all I know, and they're sending me a carfax report. Anyone knows anything about this car and any helpful input will be great appreciated!

I have a feeling this car came from out of state. No front plate and full tint. Both illegal in CA. That doesn't mean much (my car is set up this way) but I'd ask lots of questions and run the VIN through carfax to make sure everything is good to go.

I don't have front plate either and a friend of mine has full tint. We both have our cars for about 2 years and we both live in SoCal... Just saying

Just got the carfax, it was a lease return sold at an auction. Vehicle was involved in a single vehicle accident involving a tree/bush in 2/15. The dealer told me that there was no structural damage or airbag deployment, and offered to send it to the local BMW dealership for inspection. May have to pass this one up....
