Please don't mind me - it was a sexist comment as a lot of my close encounters were usu. with women drivers who were either on their cell phone or doing their make-up while driving.

Unfortunately, it is finance but I wouldn't really care because I will have this car as long as it lasts, I'm only 26 so why not have this as my first collection of one of the high end vehicles haha. I also think being able to own this type of car at my age with my own ability is an early success as well

i'd be cautious of assuming that every approved BMW shop makes it automatically good.
Here in the UK the dealers are mostly fitters and do very little in the way of real body work, they can't paint for shit. I had a M3 that was T boned in 2001 and it went into a BMW dealer for repair. What a huge mistake that was, they blocked up all the drainage so the car boot filled up with water, they dropped some huge tool on the boot lid so that had to be replaced, there was overspray everywhere. Now I goto a proper body shop, for those in the UK its Ital Coachworks near Wembley - those guys do body work for a lot of the lux marques, BMW, Audi, Ferrari, Bentley and Porsche. Had them do work for me and they they are masters. Neil.
