For those running R888 rear, what front?

I am thinking of getting the same for fronts just to match the rear

285/35/20
315/30/20

Just make sure the overall diameter of the new tire is the same as stock or you will have issues with the DSC.

Also, if anybody's interested I've got a full set of Pirelli P Zero with ~200 miles maybe for sale. PM me.

Most do the guys I know run a mixed setup. PZero or PSS fronts and R888 rears.

Remember R888 will come with amazing grip but you will sacrifice road noise and 0 traction in the rain.

I'm running 285 R888s in the front with 315 R888s in the back.

This is my fourth different set of tires and the Toyos are the absolute best. I get road noise over 80 mph but it's negligible. Can barely hear it if you turn the music up. M5 is not my daily so not worried about rain.

Hey thanks for the feedback. How many miles did you get out of them till the traction starts to fade? Did you find the need to warm them up before getting on the throttle? I am concerned about them heat cycle out quickly.

I've only had them a couple weeks so I don't know the wear yet.

I do warm up the engine oil before getting on the throttle but I've had great grip no matter what the tire temp is.

Love my r888 best road noise sounds like a whine on the road. Lol best in cornering at high speeds also. Sucks in the rain, get your alignment off spec make sure its center as possible not on spec with cambrr as they wont last long these tires lasted 3 months only with spec alignment. And we went wider.
