2015 CPO Price

2015 with 5k miles with Elite CPO (Exec, Individual Color, 20", B&O) with MRSP of $111k. Dealer is looking for $90k. What do you think is a fair price? Thanks.

We'll the dealer is probably into it for about 75k or so, depends on how long they have had it.
I'd negotiate up from there. Around 80k or so would be a great price!

Also make sure you understand the difference between CPO and Elite CPO warranties. If you are buying the car and plan on keeping it for a while it's something to consider.

Elite CPO = 1yr/25k additional warranty on top of the factory 4yr/50k, so 5yr/75k total.

Regular CPO = 2yr/50k additional warranty on top of the factory 4yr/50k, so 6yr/100k total.

Minute you drive that off the lot it's worth 75k. Think of that. Private party is around 80ish. You should push for 81-82k or walk away.

Thanks. Its been there for about 2 months and its Elite CPO which is still 4.25yr/75k left on warranty. I figured they were prob in it for $78-82 so $85 would be a good price but you have given me better info.

I would target the low 80's. They may tell you to buzz off but that's the true value. May be some attractive lease takeovers and buy outs on the forum here too that are attractive.

I love how everybody think they know how much the dealer own it for! it's all speculations! The dealer has to pay a big CPO fee to BMW that's if they didn't spend any money on the vehicle for reconditioning. If they have it for sale for 90K I think low 80s is fair 82-83 I thinks is pretty fair for this vehicle. Looking at what I see them sell for.

Good Luck!

When buying a used 2013 last year my salesman told me they pay $2400 for CPO warranty on an M5. This is Canadian so US might be less.

We had negotiated on a price before I realized it didn't have CPO. I ended up getting CPO for cost.

Thanks - it is an Elite CPO (1 year) so probably cheaper than full CPO. Still looking to get this car for low 80's because others are getting 15-20% off new 2015's that are left it seems so $89-95k.
