Nitrogen in tires and OCD

freaken green caps. i have new tires and they're filled with nitrogen by the dealer. I need to top them off and my OCDness won't let me use normal air. i know it doesn't matter. someone come swap the green caps for black caps.

just go to costco they do a full Nitro conversion for $12 then free topoff's in a flash for life of the vehicle..

i have similar ocd's , i'll admit not as deep but i gott's em !

I've joined this camp too.

I just go to the dealer. They do it for free. At least the Porsche dealer does.

Interestingly the local Porsche dealer doesn't even have Nitrogen so I have to go to another Porsche dealer 20 minutes away. Most BMW dealers have Nitrogen.

Unless pure Nitrogen is used to put in wheels it's a joke as it heats up more than just air.

Unless you have a purge valve ( two valves ) in a single rim...... and you are looking for the .000001 % improvement in your fuel economy ( that will be lost due to the flies on your windshield ) that is all useless technology that is NOT giving us any benefit BUT making someone else real money.
