First one was Auto BILD, this one was done by Sport Auto. Translation will follow in a bit.

- With a lap of 1.11.7 at Hockenheim, the new Pam Turbo is even quicker than 996 GT3 RS from 2003 (1.11.8). How does the competition from Audi and BMW do?

- The new Pam Turbo has grown 34 millimeters longer, 6 millimeters wider, and 5 millimeters higher. The PDK works unobtrusively in urban traffic and fast shifting on the highway.

- With 550HP, the new V8 Turbo is more powerful than previous Pam Turbo and the the engine has good response and powerful torque. It is around the same as the basic RS7 and M6 GC model, however, in this test, RS7 Performance and M6 GC with CP both rated over 600HP.

- Pam Turbo has perfect launch control, RS7 Performance also launched well, both has impressive 0-100km/h acceleration. However up to 200km/h, both the Audi and BMW clearly demonstrated their performance advantages. A Pam Turbo driver on the highway should be wary if he sees a RS7 Performance or M6 in his rear view mirror.

Side note: In another RS7 Performance vs Pam Turbo done by AutoBild, the RS7 Performance is a whopping 10 seconds faster to 280km/h than the Pam Turbo. Pam Turbo's rear spoiler no doubt has something to do with it.

- M6's launch control is the most difficult to use. It either doesn't work at all, or too much wheel spin. The only way to launch this car is with a sensitive gas foot.

- Default DSC on the M6 is annoying and overbearing, experienced driver should go straight to MDM. However, if it rains or the temperature is below zero, watch out for that rear end.

- RS7 Performance is the first to run the Hockenheim track, despite equipped with ceramic brakes, after four laps there is brake fade. Steering is largely neutral with good traction under acceleration. The track condition is perfect, this performance model's time of 1.12.6 is faster than all previous RS7/6 cars. Previous best time for the RS7 was 1.13.4.

- Speaking of best time, this M6 GC also set the fastest time ever with 1.12.0. Previous best time M5 Jahre 1.13.2, and M5 CP 1.12.4. SA felt this CP is not the same as previous CP. BMW probably has continued to fine tune the differentials since competition package first appeared in 2013. Compared to previous CPs, this M6 GC has even more predictable on-the-limit handling characteristics.

- M6 lost on track not because of traction, but because of brakes (It also has ceramic brake). Poor coordination of the ABS meant the car must be braked early, or the M will push over the front axle. (note: SA also complained about M5 CP's ABS brake performance in their M5 CP supertest)

- Pam Turbo has the best brake performance, all the late braking points made the driver felt like he was in a 911, and this despite the Turbo is the heaviest car of the three. It felt light footed, steers the most precise, and is remarkably neutral.

To me the New Panamera is by far the best looking sedan there is. By comparison every other sedan is frumpy.

Deals are a different issue. I don't feel them either.

But you owe it to yourself to test drive one if you haven't.
