I emailed BMS regarding the same question and Ando from BMS referenced me to the N54tech.com website
There should be a thread there for both software versions.

Last night, I tried out 7.5psi with VP 109 race gas n meth.

The result was

I strongly believe our engine can do much more than that, will keep pushing it to the limit.

For those running 3 or below, don't waste your time. The secret is to do a proper adaption of the engine n after which u can do probably anything u want!

Good luck!

Values over 6psi or so are not going to have much addl effect and may cause serious problems. I'd max it out at 6.00 with the 3/1/14 and later firmware.

Hi mike, can I know how n why did u say u max it out at 6psi? R u refering to the fuel or the boost of the turbo? Would like to know how u guy have tested on the car?

Will do a dyno soon to see what is the result, hopefully next Thursday if they r available. Thks

BMS uses a ceiling/limit for all their tunes so you can add 100 psi if you want but it will stop at the preset limit.

He is referring to the cars ability to adjust fueling. Over 7 psi I am certain you are running lean , the really high octane you were running was the only thing that kept you're engine from popping. Even running meth with race gas thats too much boost. I'm not sure the stock fuel pumps could keep up with that even if it was a full ECU tune. Be careful man, thats a 30k motor.

U mean they have set it at max 6psi? So even when I up boost to 7.5psi it will still stay at 6? Can't be cos the log that I got was much higher than it was on 6psi.

Where were your air fuels at? Also when you data logged where was the boost at would love to see it. If things are not right the car would not run good and would pull back boost timing ect. Would like to see some logs post one up wanna compare what mine is showing at 6lbs Compared to your 7.5lb.
Good luck man

Hi Bro, I have not dyno so not sure on it hopefully this thur or so. Anyone can tell me how to upload the file to show everyone? Or someone just forward his email to me so I can forward the file to him to upload it?

I'm using the JB4 mobile apps from my old N55 car using a Samsung note 3 to log, it comes with a graph too. Will only show target boost, actual boost & a very odd RPM number. So I'm basically just looking at the target n actual boost.

I would def invest in installing a wideband AFR reader in the car like M6 beast has if you want to push the limits as much as you have been . It's the only way to tell if you've gone too far , before you're engine goes boom .

Only way to tell is to dyno it . Speaking of that, I need to get mine on a dyno. I have gotten some good real world results though. I did multiple runs against a 600whp evo, Killed em every time

Also, I find its easier to tell if it has adapted when it feels strong on the low end with minimal gas. If it feels sluggish and weak, more then likely it's still adapting.

Just take a pic of the actual datalog that shows the graph that kind of gives an idea where the boost is at even though wont be as perfect as the log itself.
No worries though, if you can that will be great
