Trevor, there are guys on this board who have negotiated payments under $1000 for similar MSRP. I have a F10 M5 now and will only lease another one unless I get a killer deal.

Invoice on that car is right around 106k. There is 5k option credit and 1k loyalty if you lease. Should be able to get the car for 100k or less. A good deal would be 95k, I think you could get 5k back of dealer net if you are a good negotiator and are working with a volume dealer.
At 100k you are at 900-1000 per month depending on sales tax rate and money factor.

Yes, I do lease now with BMW Financial. Do more people think under $1000 is possible for this lease for a monthly payment?

I leased mine at 67% residual on 112K MSRP 99K CAP cost zero down aside from first and tax, max MSDS...920 month. It can be done for sure and with how late in the model year it is with no further f10 production I would think your Cap would be close to mine even with a 117K MSRP. MF was buy rate at the time as well .00138 I walked out/ended the phone conversation with multiple dealers before finding the right deal...all about playing hardball

I heard that not all dealers have the $5k option credit... Some dealers have it as some sort of holdback, but not all... Please correct me if I am wrong, because my local dealer told me they have no such thing. And others online said not all dealers have it...

It is technically dealer holdback of 5k. The other 1k is loyalty lease credit.
The dealership can choose at their discretion to give it to the customer or keep it. It's not mandatory.

Buy mine, it's pretty much identical with:

Dinan S2
Bel STiR and ALP 4 sensors

And it has Drivetrain Malfunction all of the time. I love my 2016 brand new POS. Look at it this way, you won't lose 30k in 8 months when trading it in.

Thanks for the info on the leases here... I am looking for a similar deal right around the 1,000 mark and sounds like that is possible. If anyone knows of well spec' comp pack cars sitting on lots that would qualify please PM me or respond here. Thank you.

Something like this would be awesome:

"Anyone in the market for a M5 now is the time. I just picked a 110kmsrp monte carlo blue 2500 drive off 2 year 10k miles 969 a month including nj tax.

Kuni BMW in Oregon have 3 on the lot. On a 122k m5 they offered 4k sign off 1106 a month including nj taxes year 10k miles 24 month lease."

Contact Greg Poland at Pacific BMW, he doesn't have any M5's but a few M6's and you could get a smoking deal!!

He also has an M4 GTS!!
