Turns out one of the cars is a friend of mine from Texas. Just noticed the plates and asked him and he confirmed. Ouch.

I don't feel sorry for them at all. I hate when groups of idiots stop traffic on a public road to race . Like nobody is gonna notice you stopped traffic on a public highway.

I talked to my buddy and he said that their wasn't any street racing. All they did was line up the freeway at 70mph which upset some people that called 911. They have video that hopefully will say them free of any charges.

So they lined up at the speed limit on a public highway to do what exactly?

Anyone that has ever seen a big car run has seen that scenario. Cars doing a rolling side by side line up to clear traffic ahead for pulls. Multiple calls to 911 only happen when people are doing jackass moves on the road. I stay away from these testosterone driven gatherings for this exact reason.

Who knows ... I've been on cruises where it was straight up relaxing while others were reckless. I guess the video footage will set them free if that's the truth.

On a cruise last year to the track, people flipped us off, called the cops and no one was racing. It happens. When you have several cars driving together taking up all the lanes, people will get upset and frustrated.
