Nice looking ride. I just lowered mine with eibachs on 343's coupled with 12 mm spacers. I fell in love all over again. Definitely go for the lowering mod.

Thanks guys!! I have been researching lowering and I always have done all my own work. I have heard after awhile the lowering springs get bouncy. So KW or coilovers are the way to go? Really unsure at this point, but I really dont keep cars long and want to keep this one. So I am going to take my time modding and enjoy the ride.

I appreciate the nice words!

KW HAS is great and a good compromise between coils and fixed height springs; no bounce at all and the added benefit that you can adjust them until you're pleased with both the look and ride quality.

PM me if you have any questions.

Thanks Bud, thats the way I was leaning. I usually do fixed springs in all my cars, but I feel like on the M5 I want the ride height perfect so they will allow me to adjust. I usually do all my own work, blowers to lowering springs, but for some reason I do not want to do them on this car. Im almost willing to just drop it off and have them done. Ill have to look into that. Thanks for the help!

Thanks Guys!.

Thanks

Definitely go with the KW HAS system if you plan on lowering it. I just installed them myself this weekend and so far I am very pleased with the quality of the parts. From the limited driving I have done so far it feels pretty close to stock sport mode, not bouncy at all.

I will tell you that doing it myself was a pain in the butt. It is a lot of work over a standard spring installation. I wished I would have paid someone to install them for me. Not impossible by any means, but getting the stock spring perches off to install the KW system was a workout in itself.

Thank you sir! Yeah I am going to have to look around for a good shop locally, I really do not want to install them myself and def. will do the KW HAS over a spring install. Thanks again

Congrats and welcome! Car looks great and seeing the pics brings back memories of my beast being delivered via truck like that in June. To see and hear it being pulled off the truck is priceless. I did a lot of research as well and getting KW HAS and Dinan sway bars installed next week.

Thanks guys!

I am definitely going KW HAS kit. I think it will be a good balance between ride height and performance based on how I use the car.

Yes sir, 5996 when I bought it but seller had to drive it to the tint shop for a change in the front windows. Car was handed over to me with 6025 miles
