I called BMW NA, and apparently the voucher for the B&O headphones does not apply to M's from MY 2013.

Thanks for the heads up. I just found it. I got my car in June so it has been over three months but still before the nd of the year. Will they still take it? How do they really know if it has been three months anyways?

I am sure they will take it. When I went to lick up, I don't think they asked for anything other than the voucher and my name.

I have a MY13 purchased in April of 2013. I contacted B&O directly and all they asked for was proof of purchase the car. I received my ear phones yesterday.

Have good news and bad news -

Leased my car last year -; )
And emailed them 2 weeks ago and they mailed them hassle free and no questions asked !
Just emailed the the closest store in Atlanta Phipps plaza
That was obviously the good news -

)

Bad news
They refused 2 days ago to upgrade because "We used to do this in the past but no more" and "B&O in the future won't have stores do this but rather through BMW dealership directly somehow"

Again can't express how happy I am to see that I was able to help some people here who didn't know about this and even some who knew but not enough.

I just dropped by my B&O dealer and picked up the headphones. Nothing neccessary except the voucher and my address. BTW: The new B&O 4K UHD TV sets are absolutely stunning. And: The first song on the CD is awesome, on my stereo there was a stunning bass that made the room vibrate. No danish components needed ;-) We could start a thread on what HiFi we listen to music when we are not in a car....

I got mine in the mail today. Mine didn't come with an extension cord or airplane two prong adapter. We're they supposed to? Not a big deal. Just curious.

Just got my earphones today. I called B&O and they had me send in the voucher and they shipped me the earphones. They are decent earphones too.

My 2014 M5 was delivered without the B&O CD and voucher. I contacted a very nice person at B&O via email and they sent me the headphones.
