You dont need any cap cost reduction to get a good deal on the M5s. If your numbers are not adding up, the dealer is marking up in money factor or the overall deal. I tried reaching you to help out but your PMs are blocked. Shoot me a PM so I can help you out. I know a great dealership in NJ who will help you with your trade and also give you close to invoice pricing. You will also benefit from MSDs (which you cannot in NY) and trade in tax (which again you cannot in NY), you can save a lot of money.

What's all the out of pocket money for if you're not reducing the cap cost with a down payment?

There is another dealer in NJ had the Alphine White with Comp, Executive, Lighting package for $99,000. I think it's JMK BMW in NJ.

Solid deal. Is that sale price factoring in the $1500 BMW discount? If it's not then it's even a sweeter deal. If it's including that it's still a good deal but they could give you another $1400 off but not sure how high volume the dealer is. The only reason I say this is my car had an identical MSRP. Good choice of options

The Singapore Grey is really sexy. There was another dealer in NJ with Singapore Grey / Sakhir with the exact same options and it was tempting. I had space grey on my M3 however Singapore grey is much nicer IMO. I just saw the AW in person with the SO interior + anthracite wood and I was like wow. I told myself no more AW BMWs (my 335 and 08 m3 were) but it always sucks me back in!

Enjoy man! You'll love the car. I've been able to rip on her and wow!

I haven't say yes to the deal yet. I love the comfort and luxury from the m5. And I want a sedan. I am selling my 1m and that's the reason.

I'm on the waiting list for the m3 already. So if I am not getting the m5, I will get the m3 for sure.

I never think about m5 since I never thinking to get one until last week. About this crazy lease deal.

The only thing I don't like the m5 is it's too heavy and handling is not as sharp as 1m.

So... I haven't made up my mind yet. Any input will help for me to decide.

I do track but only 4-5 days a yr.

can some one evaluate this lease deal for me 3yr/12k per year:

MSRP: 119,025 including destination and gas guzzler
2014, individual paint, competition package, driver's assistance, lighting, executive, and b&o sound

Residual: 60%

Money Factor: 0.00130 or 0.00081 with 7 MSD's

Negotiated cap: 107450+ VA tax +processing and fees = 111895.50

monthly payment with just first month down : $1385 including tax

monthly payment with first month and 7 MSD's so about 11k down: $1295 including tax

Why is your residual 60%? Should be 61% no?
