What happens when the DCT blows? How can you manage the torque when the peak torque is still there. It makes no sense.

Has G-Power done a study on all the parts of the DCT and identified what are the weakest parts.

Buyer beware....

The only thing im feeling are the color of the break pads.
The wheel color, and those side strips are wack.

All the turbos and crap mean nothing without the right tune...

They are managing the torque during shifting times not managing peak torque. They obviously identified the crucial times when the DCT transmission would see the most strain and managed boost and other variables at these times to limit the amount of torque during shifts.

They do this on most modified turbo cars with high torque numbers, I know my 335i has the same features built into it's piggyback system.

But you are correct, as with buying any modifications that provide this much extra power. Buyers should beware!!

M5 is supposed to be a low profile luxury sports sedan for DD, IMO. Not feeling about these stickers ...

The G-Power F10 M5

At G-Power, the M5 forms the basis for bringing world records onto the road.

Once again G-Power has developed an extensive software upgrade for the M5 to add to the power and exhilaration of the stock F10 M5.

G-POWER Bi-Tronik III Software

Basis: M5 F10 factory output 560 hp output increased by approximately 80 hp; and maximum torque increased to approximately 780 Nm.

The G-Power Software is available now and can be turned around in 5-7 business days once we receive the ECU in our facility. It is currently only available only through official G-Power USA Dealers.

Please contact us for pricing and more information.

What happens when stage II comes out and you're offering more hp, if we get this Tune do we just pay the difference in price to upgrade?

Yes, you would pay the difference for the higher level.

Stage II would most likely include hardware upgrades as well such as downpipes and other exhaust components.

I'm liking how tunable this motor is. Can't wait to see what comes next.

So we would have to ship the ecu away again for another 5-7 days! I'm not a big fan of this style of tuning I like to have more control. Hopefully Vishnu or piggyback folks will step in soon
