I also just bought a 2013 Tesla Model S P85 Performance version last week... but I also still am keeping my F10 M5. The Tesla is being used for my commute vehicle (carpool lane sticker). Both are fantastic cars and are comparable in more ways than most people think. The performance of the Tesla is stunning and silent. When I want to hear the turbos spin, I jump in my M5.

If I had the space, I would've kept the M5. I honestly miss it. But the build quality of the Tesla is phenomenal. No rattles, perfectly quiet, and tons of fun when I put the pedal down.
