Delaying shifting - need your urgent help

Hi Guys,

I'm experiencing something with the car when I'm on Manuel and shifting between gears i keep feel a kick in the back of the car it's hard to explain it and it so annoying. I feel the car it loose the power for a second and it's kick a again. They told me if there is an issue with the gearbox the car will put me on safe mode so they said we should check the differential. And today after keeping the car 5 days they couldn't figure out the issue from where!! My warranty will be expired on December and I feel they are hiding something so they avoid fixing it.

Any help suggestions what is that or if you have experience something like that.

It's an M5 2014 competition package

Thanks

Can you try another dealership and see if they can give you better answers? I don't feel they're avoiding the warranty claim as the dealer service department is a profit center.
