Does the EDC option mean this setup retains the function of the factory suspension comfort/sport/+ adjustment?

No. EDC is a function of the OE shocks. Once you remove the OE shocks...you lose the EDC function.
The EDC option on the KW V3 allows you to install the new KW shocks and not get a warning light on your dash. AKA: EDC Delete Module.

How is "the best suspension mod for the F10M5" not sold yet? ....and at this ridiculous price?

That price is crazy. I am surprised you still have them. I tried to sell my KW's a while back with only couple drives on them and price dipped into 1600's. Good luck with the low ballers.
