M6 crash after Charity Event

M6 was with my boy for less than a month. Vorsteiner wasnt even installed infront yet.just Happened Today. But we laugh about it now. Everyone was safe

Amazing how M6 throws hazards and flashers before it hits a car.
But damn waa brutal in person

Problem it's not totaled ?!
My Insurance company recently refused to compensate us for diminished value when we got rear ended in our Audi Q7 and it was fixed for several thousand dollars but can't even get 40K for it when it should sell for 50K or so!!!

Sorry to see this happen. I would push to have it totaled if possible. If you are leasing it, then it's not the end of the world if it is repairable. Unlikely that it will be totaled, but I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Sooma, you shouldn't be asking your insurance carrier for the diminished value. You need to be getting that from the insurance carrier of the person who rear ended you.

If they are the same carrier for both then it is going to be tough.

I've successfully gotten diminished value compensation in the past and it isn't easy.
