"Thud" from rear of the car?

I get at least one "thud" from the back of the car when I accelerate from a stop. Car otherwise seems perfectly fine. I haven't jacked up the car yet. I think it comes from where the diff is. Is this pretty normal for the car? It's not really loud.. just very soft "thud". Almost sounds like something is potentially loose and when I get on it from a stop, it takes up the slack and makes the sound.

What type of acceleration were you doing? Are you tuned? Did you press the gas pretty hard or was it a normal pull off? If it was a normal pull off, you may have a problem. Our diff's and driveshafts need to be upgraded if tuned or if you like to launch the car at red lights.

Sounds like a slightly cracked diff mount. I'd get it looked at before you might need to replace the axles and/or diff.

Maybe the previous owner liked to launch it hard..
