Does this BMS JB4 thing overwrite any piggy-back tuning one might already have? Or is it just a plug-in type of device? ( I know Google is my friend) Also, does it exist for the F10 M5's yet?

The JB4 is a piggy back tune with a ton of features. It is out already. You can buy it from this link.

It's the full JB4 Beta kit unless you already have the stage 1 then you just need the upgrade kit and BCM

Here is a screen shot of it. Hit me up if you have any questions. You can also do some research on N54tech forums under M category. That's where BMS posts

It's easy to install. I did a write up in DIY and BMS offers instructions.

It does clear the CEL.

It's very cool, but $1790 with the Delete-R and EVC functions? Yikes.

UnfoundLegend did you ever get your issue resolved? Was it indeed a bad O2 sensor?

I have the same exact issue as you now.

You have two options to remove the error code: Use JB4 to keep erasing the code every time it comes back or get proper flash. At this point 100% OBD flash is not available, and it wont be available anytime soon. For now, we can bench flash your ECUs and enable future OBD flash using mBoot. This way, if you want to upgrade to higher power stage or modify something with a tune, we can do it remotely over OBD.

For the customers that have high flow cats that are causing "slow response" code, we can actually disable that code as well for you.

What do you mean by "slow response" code?
Thanks

Sometimes when you use oxygen sensor buffer chamber/extensions, you will run into issue with having codes for "slow response'. In the past, there was an issue with getting those codes disabled via reflash but now its possible as well. This only applies to those customers that run catless down pipes with the secondary o2 buffers.
