Notes:

Car is in Southern California. Any shipping is your responsibility (I'd suggest a cross-country drive, there's plenty of usable miles).

Personalized California license plate “DER STIG" will come with the car although you can change it when you register the car with your DMV.

Car just had its annual service and a fresh battery installed (original was fine but I wasn't going to say "no").

Photo is of car driving up The Snake on Mulholland Hwy by Lake Malibu.

The "Deal":

You pay for the BMWFS credit application and transfer fee, $500 ($100 + $400). I’ll pay you $500 for each of the remaining payments or $4,000 in an upfront lump sum making your effective monthly payment $999.75.

Yes, that would mean your monthly payment is only $999.75 depending on your local sales tax.

The Process:

(1) You apply for credit for a lease swap via BMW Financial Services. This can be done online at "https://creditapp.bmwusa.com/Assumptions/".
(2) BMW sends documents for information and signature followed by their review. The documentation can be sent to BMW via overnight mail if desired.
(3) BMW Financial Services completes their review. Documentation is sent to you to support lease assumption and vehicle registration.
(4) The car is now yours, you insure it, garage it, and drive it until it’s time to turn it in. You also have a bank check in your hand for the incentive. Sweet!

Pictures sent as requested.

Act now, lease swaps are limited to leases with at least six months to go until turn in.
