There is no doubt the speedlimiter is removed.
When the limiter was still on 305km/h (by the M-drivers package) we've already seen 301km/h verified by GPS. See this short movie: The speedo was doing a little over 310km/h at that run. So when driving 327km/h on the speedo, the GPS would show about ~310km/h. The tires used are Michelin Pilot SuperSport 21" Theoraticly the M5 can do about 360km/h on the speedo in 6th gear.
