P.S. If anyone wants a 911 with amazing options and super low KMs let me know as you can pickup my car at residual rates; actually I might even try and sell it to see if I can do better then the residual hehehe..

Congrats!
You will not be disappointed. I remain conflicted with my DCT choice and will likely remain so.... I love the lightening quick shifts, but increasingly resent the computer handling the clutch - particulary on starts and downshifts. I find the line between easing out and 'launching' to be very narrow. I could do it better... |

What are the specs on the Targa? I have a friend looking, but frankly not sure how difficult it is to 'federalize' a Canadian car. Best of luck!

So, is your baby here yet? I ordered my black on Cohiba, but with DCT, early October. Delivery expected December 28--just in time to ring in the New Year.

I'd be pissed if I found out someone test drove my car after I signed the papers for it. Not cool. May guilt haunt your soul.

Put my money where my mouth was...
Its here and in one word I could describe it as overwhelming! I can't tell you how long I have been waiting to own a silver on silver MT M5 - probably since 1999. Either it was timing or point of life, inventory, or even BMW's production schedule that always got in the way. Coming from what some might call the ultimate 911 series (997.2) I tried my best to keep my expectations in check, not getting too excited just incase. WOW is the only word! I will start another thread on experience etc. but those of you that followed this thread here is a little treat!!

Oh nice! I like your colour choices. Really classy looking package. Now I'm really pining for mine. Where the hell is that boat with my M5? By the way, are you going with the BMW winter tire package or aftermarket package? Mine will have the BMW winter tire package installed upon delivery, so I'll have to wait a few tortuous months to the spring until I can put on the regular wheels and beat up on the legendary Pirelli Super Sports that everyone is raving about.
