CP Exhaust VS. M-Performance (Akra) / Worh it?

Guys, being with the M5 CP (30 Jahre) for a couple of months I think it sounds pretty good, but wondering if going M-Performance route would make me smile more? :-)

Without going into the price discussion whether it's worth or not, could members of forum having M-Performance/Akra installed over CP exhaust tell me if it's significant improvement?

I've watched countless amount of videos on YT and still can't make my mind. I really think M5 should sound better, but is Akra doing the job?

(Yes, only Akra (no other manufacturers) is in the discussion)

I went through this same analysis when I ordered my M5. The car is still not here yet (just got to the port today), but a friendly fellow M5-Poster here took me in a ride in his M5 with the MPE right after I drove an M5 CP from the dealer, back-to-back.

Much, much better. So much so, that I ordered the MPE even though I had already ordered the ZCP package.

In two words: Do it.

Hard to justify based on the price difference. That said I did the upgrade and it makes me smile everyday. I've gotten a bunch of comments from strangers who comment on how good it sounds and that BMW "finally got the exhaust right". Louder but not too loud.

If you lease and residualize it within the payment, it ends up being under $3k.

Guys, one question. Is there any kind of "coding/programming" procedure of the car after exhaust is changed to M-Performance/Akra?

No, probably because the cats are the same as standard spec.

Yes, you can turn off the Active Sound so you can hear your new exhaust.

I'm at 3800 miles and "smile more" each time I push the start button. Noticeable change in tone and growl without being obnoxious. Very easy to make car scream and/or sound like an adult if necessary.
