M5 news / front page

I can't stand reading comments for anything on the news/front page. Recently it seems like several M5 posts have shown up there (30th anniversary for example) and the comments are just asinine. I want to respond then remind myself what's the point...you can't fix stupid Maybe I'm just having a bad day

is it just me?
