Speed Limiter Removal

Apparently these guys have done it. Do any tuners out there have a VERIFIED limiter removal that doesn't require an ECU removal?

Speed limiter removed by BR Performance. Couple of guys on this forum with BR tune can confirm and back me up on this.

ECUs have to be removed and shipped as they have to be decrypted. You cannot remove the limiter without decrypting the ECUs first.

Gintani also can tune and remove speed limiter. I have a 2014 550xi and same ECU as M5. They can tune FULL ECU and speed limit removal. Iv done it call and ask for Alex.

I would like to see some results measured by GPS.
The only one i've speen was PP-Performance and they reached almost 350 @ the speedo.
which will be about 335 by GPS.
There're more limiters in the DME, 250km/h (Stock) 305km/h(M-Package) ~315km/h(about 328km/h @ the speedo)-(3rd limiter)....
