URGENT help Ambient light install

Ordered a lighting kit off Aliexpress and of course it came without install directions. Contacted the seller and they aren't helping or giving me a refund. They keep insisting that it's the right one for a f10. I seen directions on YouTube that seemed like a lot of work but I could get done so I took everything apart to start. Now that Im at the door I realized the connections a different from the ones on YouTube that tap into the harness on the door. The connections on the new lights aren't the same as the stock ones.
If anyone has any idea what Im supposed to do to fit the wires from the door back to the car please let me know
